Return & Exchange Policy
At Z-Nish, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong size due to our packing error.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free from perfume or stains.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or altered products.
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Color & Measurement Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or different screen settings.
- Minor measurement differences of 1–2 cm are considered normal manufacturing tolerance and do not qualify for an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
Once verified, Z-Nish will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
- Exchange requests are subject to approval after product inspection.
- The replacement item will be dispatched once the returned product has been received and approved.
- If the requested size or design is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or store credit, where applicable.
Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is due to an error by Z-Nish, all shipping charges will be covered by us.
- For approved exchanges requested for other eligible reasons, customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Z-Nish does not offer refunds or cash returns.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided, and solely at the discretion of Z-Nish.
Right to Refuse
Z-Nish reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy or if there is evidence of misuse, damage after delivery, or fraudulent claims.
