Return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

📍Karachi customers using our Same-Day Delivery service can inspect their order at the time of delivery. If the product does not meet expectations, they may request an immediate return or refund on the spot.

Note

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intacts.
  
• Pickup and re-delivery charges will apply to every exchange request.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable and will apply to all return, refund, or exchange requests, including orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping.
